Engineering GTREP and RETP Transfers for Spring 2009
Engineering students ready to transfer to Georgia Tech through the GTREP and RETP programs for Spring 2009 should complete their transfer paperwork and submit it to Dr. Murphy (Victor Hall 211) by Friday September 12, 2008.
Transfer paperwork includes: Georgia Tech transfer application (GTREP and RETP transfers cannot use the online application process); GTREP or RETP recommendation form; and official copies of all college transcripts. Transcripts from schools other than AASU can be sent separately. The $50 Georgia Tech application fee is waived for GTREP and RETP transfers.
Students ready to transfer should meet the transfer GPA requirements and should have completed:
- ENGL 1101 and ENGL 1102
- Calculus I through Differential Equations
- CHEM 1211 and CHEM 1212, PHYS 2211 and PHYS 2212
- And the appropriate engineering courses for the discipline
If you do not meet the transfer GPA requirements or have not completed all of the required coursework, please see Dr. Murphy before submitting your transfer paperwork.
